With over 15 years of experience training professional athletes, Marcus brings elite-level programming to every Train Station member. A certified CSCS and former Division I strength coach, he believes structured progression is the foundation of lasting results.

Elena holds a doctorate in Exercise Science with a focus on adolescent athlete development. She designs age-appropriate programs that build a strong athletic foundation while prioritizing long-term health and injury prevention.
